Lead the TA team and manage all facets of recruitment for Samsung Canada. Work closely with business leaders and functional managers, to execute the HR strategy and operating plan in order to achieve business results. Creating proactive solutions to drive and facilitate change initiatives and continuous improvement projects in support of the customer groups and occasionally the broader business. Expertise in all HR areas including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, policy/procedure interpretation, employee communications, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness for the client groups.

I lead the Talent Acquisition team and was responsible for the external and internal employer branding. In my role I also managed one of the largest BU's and was also responsible for all employee relations maters, performance management and succession planning.

Worked very closely with our Senior Leadership team on all aspects of HR. I was solely responsible for the HR Leadership for one of the largest BU's at ING Direct with over 350+ employees. Managed the Talent Acquisition and Succession planning process to find the best talent for my BU's.

My role at Canadian Tire was focused on Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Budgeting and Head Count Management, Career Counseling and HR Generalist functions.
