About
I’m currently a Manager, Brand Advocate at The Home Depot with over 6 years of experience in e-commerce across Online Merchandising, Online Retail Media, and Online Inventory Planning. My mission is to optimize the interconnected experience across all channels, including Store/Online sales channels and Onsite/Offsite media channels. In my previous role, I managed Online Retail Media reporting, insights, and analysis for top Paint and Lumber suppliers where I evaluated campaign performance across platforms like HomeDepot.com, Meta, Google, and more. In that role I helped increase supplier spend/commitment, change campaign strategy based on performance, and I implemented a ticketing system, among other projects. I also delivered executive level analysis for the CFO’s “Earnings Unpacked” series.Prior to that role, I managed multiple projects across Building Materials and Hardlines categories for suppliers like Cooper Lighting and Clorox that resulted in significant improvements to the Online experience, measurable across KPIs like Online Penetration, Conversion, Traffic, and Online Sales. These projects include fulfillment tests and changes, category reviews and assortment optimization, pricing tests and changes such as conditional pricing like "Buy More, Save More," and more, and I mentored and developed new associates and helped hire summer interns.
