Christopher McDougal
Program Manager @ MindFlower Group
About
I lead operations in complex, fast-moving environments, supporting leaders and teams responsible for delivering consistent results at scale. Most of my work is practical and execution-focused. I help organizations bring structure to ambiguity, identify breakdowns before they become systemic problems, and create processes that actually hold up under pressure. A large part of my role involves coaching managers through people challenges, rebuilding workflows that have slowly stopped working, and helping teams stay focused on what matters most. I’ve spent over a decade leading operations across healthcare, SaaS, and service-based organizations, often in environments where resources are limited and expectations are high. My experience spans both nonprofit and for-profit settings, where accountability, efficiency, and thoughtful decision-making are essential to long-term success. I care deeply about building operational systems that support performance without burning people out. Results matter, but so does sustainability. I’m most effective in roles where I can strengthen leadership confidence, improve clarity across teams, and help organizations operate with discipline even when conditions are uncertain. I’m especially drawn to work at the intersection of operations, leadership, and continuous improvement, where better structure, clearer priorities, and stronger management enable people to do consistently good work over time.
