Created a comprehensive training department from the ground up. Used ADDIE method to design and develop course curriculum and train adult workers in occupational safety, health, and environmental subjects for Lockheed Martin, Air Force and contract employees. Worked with subject matter experts to target desired training outcomes for a variety of courses. Tailored training to specific workers' needs and streamlined certification processes. Developed comprehensive training program procedures and managed training program database. Chaired quarterly training improvement meetings, assessed course effectiveness, and continuously updated lesson plans and training processes. Researched and obtained instructional technologies as needed.

Course topics included HAZWOPER, asbestos awareness, hearing conservation, respiratory protection, respirator fit testing, SCAPE, permit required confined space, fire safety and emergency egress, lockout tag out, hazardous communications, hazardous materials response, and atmospheric sampling.

Performed industrial hygienist responsibilities for facilities and personnel support at the Kennedy Space Center and CCAFS. Responsibilities included chemical sampling, occupational noise surveys, hazardous atmosphere sampling, hazardous materials response, ergonomic surveys, asbestos bulk sampling, and periodic facility safety and health inspections. Performed SCAPE operations in support of NASA and Air Force launch initiatives.

Performed industrial hygienist responsibilities for facilities and personnel support at Vandenberg Air Force Base. Responsibilities included potable/ ambient water sampling, chemical sampling, occupational noise surveys, hazardous atmosphere sampling, hazardous materials response, radiation surveys, asbestos abatement air monitoring and bulk sampling, and periodic facility safety and health inspections.

Currently performing a comprehensive Training Needs Assessment of Air Force training programs. Utilize ISD method to determine training gaps and make recommendations. Conduct focus groups, interviews, and on-site training observations to determine areas of training deficiencies. Develop qualitative and quantitative survey instruments to assess training effectiveness. Create presentations for monthly customer briefings and write multiple status reports as part of a deliverables package for the Air Force.
