The infrastructure group ensures health and availability of all Orange County Clerk of Courts IT infrastructure. Clerk of Courts infrastructure maintains the highest degree of system stability and data integrity for the many court data warehouses to internal customers, judicial partners, and constituents. • Ensure high availability and integrity of all application and database systems hosted by the Clerk of Courts. • Own and maintain ITIL change control processes. • Manage IT contracts, software licensing agreements, and vendor relationships. • Continual improvement of the Clerk of Courts’ IT disaster recovery strategy. • Develop comprehensive recovery plans and fortify services by expanding many core business services to disaster recovery sites for high-availability across data centers.
