Held primary responsibility for the day to day running of the Ricola UK and Airbus global accounts. Airbus - Led creative delivery of all advertising for the main three business sectors (Commercial, Defence & Space and Helicopters) including the transcreation and delivery of all global trade creative and new campaigns. Led delivery of all creative across multiple media channels for Paris Le Bourget Airshow 2019, a key commercial event for Airbus Global. Ricola UK - Operated as the interim Account Director to plan and deliver the 'Wish you well' campaign in the UK on digital channels. This required strategic analysis of the UK market and an evolution/transcreation of European creative to target the UK market with with the 'TLC (Throat Loving Care)' localised concept. Lastminute.com - Provided general account management team support to the client services team to deliver the 'Whatever Makes You Pink' campaign on digital/social channels.

Morrisons - Held primary responsibility for delivery of all trade driving TV and Radio creative, as well as a wide variety of responsive/seasonal print and social campaigns. Operated as the client services team's go to expert on Clearest and Radiocentre legal clearance and approvals. Acted as production and general campaign management support for the Morrisons Christmas 2021 campaign. Airbus - Initially supported client services team in delivery of trade publication creative for the Commercial and Defence & Space sectors. Swiftly took on leadership for delivery of all sectors' campaign and trade creative, and recognised as internal agency expert on products within all sectors. Excelled greatly in reviewing and overhauling account processes, streamlining trade and campaign deliveries and overall account management performance, having a direct measurable impact on CSS scores.

Acted as a general web development Production Assistant and Copywriter for agencies weekly thought leadership content. Undertook introductory course on Jira (Atlassian) project management for web design and build. Led a Google design sprint to help with the integration of Agile working methodologies across a variety of client projects.

My role at the agency as an Account Supervisor/Executive was to support the Client Services Director with client research, pitch research and general project management. In addition, I provided support for the organisation and running of client meetings and attended a selection as a research assistant. Finally having built my knowledge on the User Experience (UX) process I conducted a variety of basic Usability Heuristics analysis projects.
