I have been in the helping field in one way or another since my return home from Iraq in 2008. The classes I have taken in school has opened up the world of Emergency Management and it has quickly become my passion. It is my goal to break into the Emergency Management field to gain experience and to further my desire to help people.

July 2007- May 2008) While Deployed to Qayyarha, Nineveh Province, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom served as a Team Leader in a light Infantry Squad. Lead and supervised a light weapons team in offensive and defensive ground combat missions. Conducted multiple missions as a designated marksman. Proficient in individual weapons, machine guns, and anti-armor weapons. Licensed on five tactical and up-armored military vehicles, Combat Life Saver qualified, and trained on multiple radio-communication systems.
