• Manage a team of highly experienced Lead, Senior, and Junior Geophysicists, Geologists and Petrophysicists, strengthening governance frameworks and ensuring delivery of high-quality geoscience outcomes in NEPL/ND Western OML 34 Asset Management Team. • Double-hat as Asset Team Lead of a multi-disciplinary subsurface technical professionals viz: experienced Geologists, Geophysicists, Petrophysicists, Reservoir Engineers, Production Technologists, Well/Drilling Engineers, etc., driving production ramp-up initiatives aligned with annual business targets through technical planning and development strategies. • Ensure Management decisions are cascaded and carried out accordingly. • Provide strategic technical leadership and accountability for geoscience deliverables including but not limited to the following: seismic acquisition, processing & interpretation, and petrophysical evaluation, integrated reservoir characterization, production geology, static modelling Wellsite Geology, etc. • Lead integrated well reviews to identify and mature intervention opportunities on reservoir and production strings bases for water shut-off, gas lift optimization, reperforation, sidetracks, infill drilling, and wellbore utility. • Provide technical oversight and ensure quality control/assurance for all geoscience data and output, ensuring integration with surface engineering and well hook-up operations, including re-entry projects. • Project management of terrain-adaptive high resolution 3D seismic acquisition and processing across ~295 km² in OML 34, overseeing end-to-end planning for execution. • Project Manager for the 3D seismic reprocessing (~509 km² full-fold coverage) in the northern block of OML 34, driving data enhancement and interpretation fidelity. • Technical Representative at the Oil Producers’ Trade Section OPTS Exploration and Deepwater Sub-Committee Meeting (Exploration Group) and serve as Chairman, Technology Deep-dive committee.

Carry out detailed geological and geophysical studies to identify new prospects and plays with the aim of finding out/discovering new oil and gas pools for the company. In addition, integrate geophysical (primarily seismic interpretation) and geological studies/data to build 3D Static models. This includes but not limited to the following: Seismic interpretation (fault and horizon mapping) and attribute extraction. Carry out well- to-seismic ties as well as time-to-depth conversion Generate time and depth structure maps and delineate prospects  Well logs correlation using seismic and/or biostratigraphic data as control  Build Structural framework as well as fault and horizon models  Integrate detailed sedimentological core descriptions, biofacies information and ichnological studies to interprete depositional environments  Determine the effects of diagenesis and facies change on petrophysical properties of the reservoir rocks (from thin section, XRD, SEM )-- detailed Reservoir Studies  Carry out sequence stratigraphic analysis, build conceptual geological depositional model and delineate facies architecture. Calculation of Gross Rock Volume and Area from seismics for onward Hydrocarbon calculation  Build 3D Static Reservoir Models: Facies ad petrophysical models (Deterministic & stochastic) as well as volume calculations  Report compilation, Quality Control and submission as well as make technical presentations Make presentations of Field Development Plan and Geological Well Proposal and Prognosis to DPR and NAPIMS  Synergize and collaborate with other team members technically  Carry out other responsibilities as may be assigned.
