SIDEME, Filiale française du groupe Amica, est une entreprise fondée en 1971, spécialisée dans l'importation et la vente de gros électroménager en provenance d'Europe et d'Asie. D'abord concentrée sur les marques de distribution, elle a diversifié ses activités en intégrant des marques propres. Grâce à une organisation bien établie, une structure technique et logistique solide, et un savoir-faire professionnel, SIDEME propose des produits électroménagers de qualité et compétitifs. Elle conçoit et commercialise des gammes sous marques de distribution et propres, notamment des caves à vin comme CAVISS et LE CHAI. En France, SIDEME distribue également des appareils électroménagers sous les marques AMICA et FAGOR, issues du groupe AMICA. Mes missions : 🔹 Management des équipes de la Supply Chain (demand planner, coordinateurs de flux et administration des ventes) et des partenaires logistiques internes et externes. 🔹 Pilotage des opérations logistiques amont en lien avec le groupe AMICA, nos fournisseurs (Pologne, Asie), nos transitaires, les douanes et nos transporteurs. 🔹 Pilotage du flux aval auprès de nos clients, en direct ou via nos entrepôts. 🔹 Gestion des approvisionnements auprès des usines pour garantir nos engagements auprès de nos clients et un niveau de stock optimum de nos entrepôts. 🔹 Amélioration des process de Supply Chain pour la rendre plus agile et plus performante.

Team management around: 🔹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 : - Animation of warehouses: live/dead stocks, clearance stock operations, donations. - Animation of the purchasing department: disposal of second life stocks, stocks quality indicators. - Animation on stock quality and analysis of IT system gaps. 🔹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 - Management of supplier returns - Customer relationship restructuring - Continuous improvement of operational processes (logistics / store relations) 🔹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : - Management of incidents (tickets) related to the IS. Monitoring of sensitive flows (commercial operations, pop'up store). Support of the Supply Chain customer relationship (management of store claims). - Supplier on-boarding: data exchange via Portal/EDI, internal coordination (Commercial Director, Accounting, DSI) and external (Supplier relations). - Coordination of reverse logistics processes (suppliers, Outlet).

🔹 Animation of the Supply Chain economic performance: 3 own logistics sites and 2 subcontractors. 🔹 Coordination of budget and forecast processes with logistics manager and DAF management controllers. 🔹 Management of logistic controllers on operating accounts, rationalization of OPEX and CAPEX and monitoring of indicators (productivity, volumes, payroll). 🔹 Participation in the strategic orientation with Supply Chain management.

🔹 Member of BU executive committee. 🔹 BU Finance manager: - Management of financial controller in charge of P&L, balance sheet, Cash Flow, margin and accruals. - Follow-up on continuous process to improve profitability (cost control). - Interlocutor for auditor on annual activities and justification of accruals. - Financial slide show presented to Toshiba management. 🔹 Back office team management: - Sales Administration (5 people). - Customer care service: before and after Sales (4 people), disputes, customer collection and process (1 person). - Management of Toshiba Shop manager (Supplies, margin, inventories, promotion, prices). 🔹 In charge of services and warranty business operational development for BtoB channel. 🔹 In charge of legal aspect and communication around environmental obligations on product with European and Japanese HQ. 🔹 Coordination and follow-up of permanent improvement projects on organization (project management with Management Innovation methodology, Six Sigma).

🔹 In charge of monthly actual result (D+1): Control of sales margin by product/customer, P&L, Balance sheet control. 🔹 Responsible of biannual budget / mid-term business plan process and monthly forecast: Sales plan, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, reporting to Finance HQ in Japan. 🔹 Responsible for all financial reporting to Tokyo HQ: P&L, Turnover, Cash-flow, variable and fixed costs, warranty, Advertizing & Promotion, Logistic cost, transfer prices. 🔹 Management of one Financial Controller assistant on: cost control (vs. Budget), Gross Margin analysis, follow-up Marketing fund, accrual by budget line and Business Unit dashboard update. 🔹 Follow-up and validation of capital investment (~€ 1 Million per year). 🔹 In charge of HQ shared services contract between Toshiba divisions and companies.

🔹 In charge of analytical results of European subsidiaries and financial dashboard for PSA consolidation. 🔹 Support function for subsidiaries and their agencies to establish their monthly reporting and control of their result. 🔹 Realized subsidiaries budget and mid-term business plan (3 years period). 🔹 Implementation of controlling tool for the creation of new subsidiaries in Poland and Brazil.
