Mr. DiFalco is the Chairman and CEO of the DiFalco Group. He has been involved in all phases of the firm’s investments and is responsible for the firm’s expansion. Mr. DiFalco is also a licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut, and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is the co-founder and managing partner of DiFalco, Fernandez LLLP (www.DFLLLP.com), where his primary fields of concentration correlate to his leadership of the DiFalco Group. Mr. DiFalco is also a supporter of various charitable and social endeavors in New York and Miami, including the Columbus Citizens Foundation, of which his grandfather and father were founders, the Perez Art Museum, of which he is a Charter Member, the New York Athletic Club, the Faena Rose Group, of which he is a founding member, Ransom Everglades High School, and others. Mr. DiFalco holds a B.A. from Amherst College and J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
