• Provide patent support for Life Science Process Solutions and Life Science Services. • Act as the primary IP contact for various life science products and development projects in pharmaceutical technology, including small molecules, biologics, novel modalities, and biotech topics, with a focus on antibodies and mRNA. • Serve as the responsible IP counsel for several Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) service offerings. • Participate in various IP due diligence assessments and mergers & acquisitions and integration projects. • Engage in multiple contract negotiations with external parties. • Hold a lateral leadership role overseeing IP activities related to the Life Science Services and Pharmaceutical Technology sectors

• Responsibility for the intellectual property strategy for multiple early-stage and four significant mid-stage pharmaceutical development projects, including advising on and implementing global patent and exclusivity strategies. • Participate in pharmaceutical European Patent oppositions and appeals. • Manage IP-related matters for a commercial pharmaceutical product. • Serve as the primary contact for scientists and internal patent counsels regarding inventions in pharmaceutical technology. • Contribute as a member of the internal IP due diligence team for licensing and mergers & acquisitions opportunities.
