In coordination with Hunger Relief International, established bi annual trips to partner with Compassion Por Tous, in La Tremblay, Haiti starting in 2012. (Hungerreliefinternational.org) Initiated and implemented organizational guidelines for The Crossing Church’s work in Haiti. Emphasizing partnership with Haitian organizations, investing in the Haitian economy, and hiring local workers for all projects. Developed fundraising within The Crossing Church and with donors outside of the church to support our ongoing work with CPT Orphanage. Including raising $70,000 in 4 months (including a match program) to start the initial work on our building project, multiple capital campaigns, creative “Shave it or save it” fundraisers, and wholesale partnering with Papillon Enterprises for retail sales in the church Shop. Negotiated MOU with Compassion Por Tous prior to starting our building project in cooperation with HRI. Created organizational systems, application and interview processes, and help for individuals fundraise for their trips.

* Facilitate and oversee organizational systems and buildings for a multi-site church, across 4 campuses. * Responsible for hiring 3-5 staff and directly supervising over 20 staff, including establishing job descriptions, contracts, and assisting with budget enforcement/approval for all team members. * Executive Assistant to Lead Pastors; coordinating schedules (including travel), overseeing staff across multiple sites, leading multiple volunteer teams, parishioner and board meetings, as well as coordinating several large conferences. * Acting primary contact and liaison with official business relationships between the church and local vendors or other entities. * Coordinated and completed a large building expansion of the Elk River Campus, as well as helped establish multiple campus building locations, contracts, and a complete remodel/build-out for the St. Cloud Campus.
