Provided oversight of all non-antibody construct requests, collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery across research and portfolio programs.

Contributed to the advancement of one small molecule and two large molecule programs into the late-stage research pipeline by generating DNA constructs for time-sensitive and critical projects. Served as the primary point of contact for all non-antibody construct reagent needs, supporting multiple research and portfolio programs. Co-authored numerous publications and provided scientific guidance on construct design and expression.

Developed an automated end-to-end platform for in-house plasmid DNA purification, bringing key capabilities back internally and supporting the timely generation of critical constructs and reagents for proprietary programs.

Built a high-throughput E. coli expression platform and in-house library construction capabilities to accelerate recombinant protein screening and discovery.
