* Work with Artistic Director Davis McCallum to select scripts and curate the HVSF2 reading series, a summer theater lab designed to examine new adaptations and translations of classic plays. * Oversee all logistics and coordination, including scheduling rehearsals, arranging space, assistance with the casting process and facilitating communication between directors, actors, and playwrights.

* Oversee logistics and coordination of productions, workshops, readings, company retreats, events, script solicitation, and regular company meetings. * Grow the company’s capacity to develop new work and sustain an annual season of one main stage production and three fully-staged workshops of projects-in-progress.
