Christine currently serves as General Counsel for Quickpay Payroll. Prior to joining Quickpay, Christine focused her practice on Employment law. As an attorney in South Florida, Christine has focused her practice on Labor and Employment law. She has represented employers in matters ranging from wrongful termination, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) violations, to wage and hour disputes. She has counseled Employer compliance with Federal and State standards and regulations such as the Employer Mandate under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). During her law school career, she worked as a field research assistant at The Catholic University of America where she assisted Professor Mark L. Rienzi in a high-profile case relating to first amendment challenges. Mr. Rienzi went on to successfully argue the case at the United States Supreme Court. Christine also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable George A. Sarduy of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
