Product Engineering - Education (internals) As part of the formation of SAP Fioneer in 2021 and the hiring of new developers, I was in charge of the implementation of a Learning Management System and also the administrative management of this system. In addition to this, I also created training content for SAP S/4 financial products subledger in the format of videos, SCORM e-learning modules and conducted training.

As User Assistance Development Architect in a Development Product Unit, I design information spaces and create User Assistance content for different software applications, mainly for the Banking industry. This content is consumed by business users and system operators in IT departments, and helps them accomplish their tasks and achieve their business goals. I collaborate closely with different groups and people within SAP, mainly with Product Management and Development, and with Translation.
