CLOC represents individuals from the entire legal ecosystem all with the common goal of supporting one another to help move the business of law forward. It is also one of the largest and fastest growing organization for corporate legal operations professionals. As a founding board member I helped build the association from 10 members to over 2,600 members.

Directly reporting to the COO Manage the overall operations of the Office of COO and drove senior staff meetings. Set overall functional goals and report quarterly metrics to COO. Organize financial planning budget for the COO organization. Measure and report cost saving initiatives for the department. Assisted CIO with all productivity tool recommendations.

Reported directly to the General Counsel Managed the overall operations of the legal department and drove senior staff meetings. Set department Victory Plan goals and report quarterly metrics to CEO.

Supported and reported to the EVP, General Counsel managing $100M budget. Centralized operations for 200 Legal and Public Relations team with direct staff of 4 resources. Globally implementing IT automation strategy and operational metrics. Created a knowledge management portal to access over 320 website pages of information. Innovative business case recommendations and budget reductions which provided self-funding efficiency tools for the Legal team.

An organization consisting of 6 CFOs driving portfolio decisions across key vertical business segments for Information Management Division. Responsible for $1B of expense management, operational metrics, and fall budgeting cycle. Recommended and executed several resource reduction business cases to re-balance budget needs to meet internal budget goals. Implemented a Portfolio Resource Tool to identify developers across IBM’s Software Group yielding 17,000 unique individuals by product and skill type. Managed staff of 25 financial analysts reporting site operations, development expense, site business controls, software acquisitions, financial system team, WW royalty, and capital processes. Global financial teams located in Toronto, Canada and Boeblingen, Germany.

Managed 7 of the division’s top financial analysts for Storage Division. Reported I&E statements totaling $4B in storage revenue. Developed monthly operational metrics and reporting to the VP of Finance and Storage GM. Other financial responsibilities included fall budgeting cycle, volume reporting, gross profit metrics, and sales pipeline management. I improved IBM's Portfolio Management Process for product rebalancing and streamlined the business process with quarterly portfolio financial scorecard.

Managed a team of 11 analysts on operational measurements for manufacturing cost. Reported development, marketing, and IT spending. Implemented effective productivity gains for sales and marketing teams.

Revitalized high-end disk and removable media storage divisions. Special assignment included consolidation WW IBM software labs in SWG and DVD Business Case partnering with Panasonic.
