40+ years experience in the Tool & Die Industry I've seen so much change/growth since I started. Some wonder how I got started in this business. I'll give you a run down. I was still in high school and I started by helping with the invoicing. At that time I wanted to be an accountant. Learned how to do the books on McBee one write system long before computers. Slowly moved into part time answering phone and taking orders, next technology fax machine was introduced and orders could be faxed. Learned drafting on a board using Indian Ink so our photocell eye could follow and burn to shape. Next big step computer's. I now was learning programs, no schooling all self taught. Along the way I helped in the shop from running production parts on the radial drill to painting die sets ready for shipping. I still am hands on 100% I get an rfq, price it for you, win the job process it, do the cad work and get it to the plant floor. I follow it and make sure delivery is on time. I love my job and will always go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied the proof of this statement is the number of customers that I have had for so many years and the great relationships I've developed.
