I just started a 6-month graduate internship in business development at Jet Edge International, where I report directly to the COO. I will work in both the operations and aircraft management departments, with my initial focus being In-Flight Services. I will be writing my thesis on optimizing in-flight customer experience in the luxury private jet industry as part of my Advanced Masters in Air Transport Management programme.

Advanced Masters programme at the French Civil Aviation University. Courses focused on the systematic and comprehensive approach to the air transport industry from the legal, strategic, security, economic, operational, and financial perspectives of airline companies, in order to address the major issues for the future of air transport. As part of this program, I wrote my Advanced Masters Thesis (End of Studies Project Memoir) on "the problem of delivering luxury and five-star customer service aboard a private jet charter given the aircraft environment and regulated market; how a company can elevate and differentiate the customer experience," for which I received an excellent grade.
