- Managed the executive search process for internally focused searches across the Functions portfolio (People Operations, Legal, and Finance). - Part of a cross functional working group that developed, rolled out, and refined the Transfer with Level Change Program (a program that changed the way Google does promotions allowing people to be promoted through the transfer process), including process design, problem solving, stakeholder management, and change management.

- Responsible for the recruitment strategy for MBA intern and conversion hiring for 140+ MBA interns annually including headcount planning, hiring, and conversion to FTE across 15+ tech and non-tech organizations across the company. - Oversaw intern recruiting processes and project assignments, holding teammates accountable to goals and project deliverables. Helped to define team strategy by setting OKRs, allocating team resources, and outlining priorities and timelines. Provided mentorship to the team and helped track and drive progress against project assignments and goals. - Engage leaders across Tech/GBO/GA, and their associated People Partners, on pro-active org planning and talent strategy, providing education and consultation on the advantage of hiring interns and headcount considerations unique to this type of hiring strategy.

- Managed full-cycle intern recruiting for up to 15 organizations/client groups as well as components of the summer programming including intern & manager onboarding and training, events, intern performance concerns and HR escalations.
