Head of Graduate Recruitment and Program Management for Latin America. I oversaw the Intern, Analyst and Associate Programs for businesses in Institutional Client Group, Consumer, Operations & Technology and Global Functions. My team consisted of 10 Campus Recruiters across Latin America. I worked closely with key stakeholders to determine our Early Career Talent strategy across 23 countries.

I was the Global HR Advisor for client groups in ICG Technology including Equities Technology, FX, Rates and Derivatives Technology and Production Support. In this role I provided HR leadership and partnership across all areas of human resources including talent management, succession planning, compensation, performance management, diversity, employee relations, immigration, reduction in force and recruiting. I was the HR liaison to the business Diversity Steering Committee. I was also the lead on projects across O&T function including the Director Promotion Process.

Project Manager for the Global Campus Strategy Initiative which impacted programs across the franchise. I was on a small steering committee that spearheaded this initiative to successfully gain funding from the investment committee in support of this initiative. I was the regional lead for NAM in these transformation initiatives including technology enhancements, reporting, organizational structure and our marketing strategy.

In this role I was responsible for the campus recruitment and program management of the Analyst and Associate programs globally for Citi Finance. Designed and managed summer intern programs including orientation, mentoring, hiring committee, performance evaluations and full time conversion. I also managed all program components such as induction training, rotations, performance management, compensation and mentoring.

Program Manager for the Analyst and Associate Programs in Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) and Securities and Fund Services (SFS). I managed the program including the induction training, domestic and international placements, performance management, compensation, mentoring and post-program integration. I provided Human Resources support including employee relations, performance improvement plans, immigration and work authorization, career coaching and exit interviews.

I worked as the Project Manager for the Global Head of Diversity for Institutional Clients Group and Global Wealth Management. I supported Smith Barney and the Private Bank ensuring they promoted fair and equitable employment opportunities, providing recruitment, mentoring and promotional opportunities for women and underrepresented minorities. I was also the liaison on employee programs such as the Service Award Program and implemented the inaugural offering of Maternity Matters across the franchise.

In this role I reported to the head of Graduate Recruitment working on various projects across all programs. I developed best practices and identified synergies to automate processes such as candidate travel and reimbursement. I was the lead for North America on the annual system update of our online applicant tracking system and campus marketing campaigns. I prepared presentations and supporting materials for meetings with senior management. Organized Citi's participation in national conferences such as National Black MBA and National Society of Hispanic MBA. Worked closely with our diversity affiliations with Management Leadership of Tomorrow, Sponsorship for Educational Opportunities and INROADS. Implemented several new initiatives such as MBA Fellowship and recruitment at the India Institute of Management.

I started at Citi as a Campus Recruiter for the Analyst and Associate Programs in Capital Markets and Investment Research. I was responsible for recruiting from 15 Undergraduate Universities and 10 MBA Universities within the US. This included traveling to events, planning campus presentations, confirming all logistics, scheduling interviews and coordination with college career placement offices. Designed and managed the 10 week Summer Analyst and Summer Associate Programs including orientation, events, performance reviews, full time conversion and exit evaluations.
