* UCLB is a leading technology transfer company that supports and commercialises research and innovations arising from UCL, one of the UK’s top research-led universities. As Senior Business Analyst at UCLB, Christina is responsible for: * Market and competitive analysis of commercial opportunities and the analysis and provision of financial deal terms for licence and spin-out transactions. * Provision of technology and spin-out valuations using methods where appropriate, such as rNPV and benchmarking. * Delivery of appropriate financial terms and negotiation strategies for transactions and analysis of financial terms for negotiation. * Provision of financial terms and analysis with an instrumental role in the execution of multi-million pound licence and spin-out transactions by UCL Business.

* Responsible for providing Technology Transfer expertise to UCL departments. This includes: * Liaising with academic staff to commercialise research, * Providing technology assessment – analysis of patentable ideas and of potential spin-out companies including commercial due diligence * Negotiating and structuring research collaborations, option agreements, term sheets and licensing deals

The BBSF specialises in early stage Life Science investments. Responsible for providing strategic support to the company by identifying and performing due diligence on investment opportunities from the following academic institutions: UCL, The School of Pharmacy, The Royal Veterinary College, The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, The Institute of Cancer Research and Cancer Research UK.
