I'm a dedicated educator and yoga teacher. I have 19 years of experience teaching in public schools and 9 years in the world of yoga. Outside the classroom, I lead Journey Forward Yoga (JFY)—a space I created to help people connect to themselves through yoga in a down-to-earth, accessible way. Through JFY, I offer weekly virtual classes (Vinyasa + Yoga Sculpt), private sessions, workshops, and resources for personal development like vision board work and intention setting. I’ve also led a 200-hour yoga teacher training and mentor developing teachers in both fields.
