- Project I Assisted with the IPO of a consumer commodities company. · Helped with Preparing the project materials (eg. prospectus, due diligence report) · Checked the financial statics, and drafted project reports under the guidance of the leader - Project II Participated in the IPO of a high-tech enterprise company and was mainly responsible for: · Program design of assisting the company to dismantle the overseas red chip structure, which included tender offers, agreement arrangements, etc. · Search and registration of basic industrial and commercial information and sorting out the equity structure of related parties (foreign investment) - Project III Participated in a refinancing project of a listed company and an investment project · Responsible for handling the working papers, updating the correspondence financial statements · Drafting the valuation report (comparable company & discounted cash flow analysis)
