I work closely with the Headteacher to ensure a safe environment that protects and cares for our students and staff. I have responsibilities for monitoring and evaluating key operational aspects of the school; calendaring, CPD of staff, delivering outstanding teaching and learning and ensuring effective middle leadership. I am learning-centred in all activities and proactively re-focus colleagues on creativity, innovation and other transformational activities to raise standards in all areas to secure the best possible progress of each young person ensuring they reach their full potential. I provide leadership as part of the Leadership Team in partnership with the Governing Body; contributing to the shared vision for the strategic development of Beaconsfield High School to ensure a happy, high achieving community for all students.
