Designed all reports for work tickets, invoices, cheques, and any other reports needed for forecasting, reconciliation and overall management of projects. Reconciled job files as jobs were completed. Investigated other inventory software that had the potential for being used with tracking and billing of scaffolding material. Responsible for company’s yearend procedures including T4s, reconciliation, and archiving of data. Daily processed unionized payroll for our Edmonton staff. Assisted Fort Mc Murray office with all payroll needs for a staff of 400 unionized employees.

Led the implementation of Timberline software and a custom work ticket system, improving reporting accuracy and labor tracking for a unionized workforce of 400+.

Accountable for service and implementation of Timberline accounting software for commercial and industrial clients in western Canada. Specialized in service management implementations for clients across Canada. Assisted companies to determine their needs for job costing and accounting. Recommend areas of improvement for overall processes. Built reports in both Report Designer and Crystal Reporting. Converted data for Timberline new installations. Trained all levels of staff on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, job costing, service management, inventory, purchasing and general ledger.

Responsible for the set up and daily functions for a multi-billion dollar joint venture project between five companies. Prepared weekly cheque runs with a stringent deadline.
