• Assisted with incoming inquiries for apartment rentals through email, calls, and texts in a timely manner. • Conducted video meetings with prospective applicants within the rental portfolio of Washington DC, New York City, Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boston apartments. • Handled various apartment rental platforms such as Airbnb, Zillow, Roomies, etc • Handled sensitive cases that resulted to saving lost sales. • Contributed to sales resulting to >80% residential occupancy in our most challenging portfolio, Austin. • QA'ed platforms, created spreadsheets with incoming clients flow and the conversion rate of each platform based on our database.
