My Job Responsibilities • Conduct the recruitment process, provide psychological tests, and other administration. • Screening candidate CVs. • Conducting interviews with each candidate • Ensuring placing the right people in the right positions • Execute and schedule interviews with users • Making job postings on Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and Instagram. • Conducting consultations with management and providing HR instructions • Innovate in the development of solutions, programs, and company regulations • Provide guidance in career development, disciplinary action, coaching, and counseling. • Provide training, counseling, and coaching for employee development. • Help develop regulations in contracts for new employees and employees who experience transfers or promotions. • Ensure that HR strategy is in line with toverall business strategy. • Assist in solving employee problems related to company operations. • Provide advice on changes to the business unit structure, planning for structural changes, and workforce planning. • Carry out the PKWT process according to the labor of law.
