My main mission involved in developing the sales of the brand new cars Renault and other chinese cars. As head of sales I managed a team of 6 sales rep to reach out the targets (forecast, activation, customer relationships management...)

WISTA and the IMO will be working with the Maritime SheEO to deliver a leadership accelerator program to members of Women in Maritime Associations and National WISTA Associations. The Maritime SheEO leadership accelerator program was specially curated and designed with the objective to Offer management knowledge and skills to help women in the maritime industry move to leadership roles. Enable women to become part of an active and trustworthy network of female executives who support and inspire each other along their leadership journey. This program aims to equip women with the right skills to enable them to rise to leadership positions. The industry needs more women leaders, and this will also help create more role models and pave the way for more women to enter and aspire to apply for Board positions.

I had the responsability to develop the business as well as the customer portpolio. Have managed a team of 5 sales. Rep on different aspects of the business (Transit, transport and moving) to deliver efficiently while reaching the targets.

EN The Business Unit Management program allowed 30 future leaders to benefit from a quality training supported by several national and international partners. Women In Africa Initiative program by Deloitte 2nd edition. This promotion aims to accompany 20 meentees and 20 mentors for eight months to build strong relationships and progress toward professionnal goal

I was responsible for the Business development and the strategy related to the depot products, including third party contracts.

The program named "LeaderEs de demain" was organized by Jeune Afrique Media in collaboration with the Women in Business Network. The program consisted in benefiting during one year : ✅ Personal accompaniment of mentors who are seasoned women leaders. ✅ Training and coaching provided by the UPYA Consulting. ✅ Regular networking cocktails with the Women In Business Network Côte d'Ivoire, the network of women leaders of the Africa CEO Network. This support allowed me to structure my objective which was to lead the commercial management of a company. The objective was reached out six (06) months after the end of the program.
