*  Prepared real estate market studies of various areas in Lebanon including demographic analysis, supply and demand, pricing strategies, and project feasibility analysis *  Prepared financial studies for real estate development projects and real estate dependent projects in Lebanon, Turkey and Dubai including residential and commercial developments, and F&B operations *  Closed numerous rental and sale real estate transactions in Lebanon including residential, commercial, and land *  Handled and coordinated with all parties for the closure of the real estate transactions (legal and financial)

* Upon the incorporation of FFA Real Estate, the real estate division of FFA Private Bank, the following tasks were added: *  Prepared studies for various new real estate development opportunities through the following process (of which some were realized): * accumulated information as well as assessed the sites for potential real estate projects * prepared projected financial models for the development (cost and sale assumptions, investment and loan need, and expected investors’ returns including IRR and ROI) * scripted presentations of real estate opportunities for potential investors *  Prepared financial analysis of various exit scenarios and their affect on the investors’ returns of the existing real estate projects *  Prepared loan request due diligence for existing real estate projects

*  Managed the acquisition process of more than 100 plots totaling 1 million sqm in Kfardebian for the project Ahlam *  Coordinated the legal, accounting, and design of Ahlam *  Monitored/recorded the actual costs an ongoing development project in Downtown Beirut, in comparison with budgeted figures *  Scripted progress reports to existing investors on their real estate investments

*  Rotated most bank departments *  Had direct contact with customers as a front desk officer and customer services administrator * Cash/check withdrawal and deposit, buying/selling a foreign currency, issuing car mechanics * Opened new bank accounts for clients: current, saving, and wedding accounts *  Introduced to the procedures in the credit department

*  Prepared financial feasibility studies for different energy related projects mainly renewable energy for Lebanon and West Africa *  Assisted in the preparation of municipal and governmental tenders *  Set the yearly budgets for various departments in all operations *  Coordinated investment needs for market expansion for Earth Technologies for the following markets: Ghana, Nigeria, and Jordan *  Advised the board of directors on financial strategies including pricing plans, cash flow analysis and franchising possibilities of new energy technologies *  Assisted engineers in the preparation of various NEEREA (National Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Action plan) files, calculating IRRs, ROIs, payback periods and final file layout *  Attended international energy exhibitions such as EcOrient Lebanon and Energy Efficiency Conference in Jordan by the EU and JEBA (Jordanian European Business Association)
