• Responsible for delivering key established project metrics of time, cost, quality, and budget. • Provide consultation, specifications, estimates, and solutions for machine vision systems to help optimize production and improve quality control. • Partner with Sales team to define project scope, design, and resources requirements for projects. • Monitor and report status of project progress and risks to upper management regularly. • Direct teams of technical professionals in the execution of projects. • Coordinate resource scheduling, training, and commissioning plans with engineering. • Establish professional relationships with customers to ensure that projects are executed within budget and schedule while completing all agreed upon tasks. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. • Ensure that engineered solutions meet project requirements in terms of functionality, standards, quality, and supporting documentation.

• Interact with project team and customer to implement automated quality control and process improvement systems in paper, metal, and film manufacturing. • Analyze and resolve issues during project commissioning and provide post-sales support to customers as needed. • Customize and implement new software packages to meet customer requirements. • Create offline simulation tests to ensure system performance and software solution meets customer needs. • Create external and internal documentation manuals and training presentations.

• Implement machine vision inspection solutions to help manufacturers improve product quality and increase production performance for both discrete products (e.g., absorbent hygiene products, contact lenses, etc.) and continuous products (e.g., paper, non-woven, felt, films, etc.) • Interact with customers to define implementation specifics. • Design/create CAD models and manufacturing drawings for mechanical framework which mounts inspection equipment to customer's manufacturing line. • Design and implement inspection application software to perform customer specific product measurements and defect detection. • Perform installations of inspection systems. • Provide training and engineering support.

• Study fatigue damage in various metals and methods to quantify the extent of material damage.

• Diagnose and repair 2-stroke and 4-stroke small engine equipment. • Provide customer service for new equipment sales, parts, and service inquiries.

• Deliver and install home and commercial appliances. • Troubleshoot, repair, and support home and commercial appliances.
