I'm working for the largest cloud computing service provider in the world! Amazon Web Services provides hosting and content to about one third of the internet. You may not know it, but you use AWS every day. As part of the Global Business Operations team I'm challenged to ensure operations support staff and our largest customers have the tools and knowledge they need, when they need it, to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
