Responsible for the daily Policy Owner Services account reconciliation using documented procedures and multiple software applications. Process POS daily accounting and account reconciliation to clear any policy accounting out-of-balances and research any anomalies resulting from system or processor errors. Serves as system matter expert with any questions or account clearing requests. Review and process client check reissue requests using Jackson’s documented processing procedures to ensure checks are reissued for the correct amount and correct payee. Communicate with clients and agents regarding status of check reissue requests including updates and outstanding service requirements. Review and act upon daily research requests from Financial Control to ensure duplicate or erroneous payments are pulled and stopped before it leaves Jackson. Sought after resource for the Payout and Trade Desk teams during times of increased client systematic withdrawal and contract trade requests specifically working on PSP requests.

Planned, managed, and orchestrated private client events for the three restaurant and nightclub locations. Managed all aspects of event services including menu planning, floor layout and run of show. Had to resign and relocate to Lansing, Michigan due to parents' health. Assisted sales managers with on-site sales tours and upselling. Served as key contact for all pre-event planning functions; coordinated with sales managers, kitchen and operations.

Met with clients to identify event vision, create logistics, and plan; negotiated contracts with vendors including linen, talent, and other venues. As Operations Manager for the Hollywood Cafe location, ensured streamlined daily operations for guest service, restaurant floor, retail and kitchen operations while overseeing all paid private client events. As Unit Payroll / Benefits Manager, participated in vital human resources program implementation for new Cafe on the Las Vegas Strip supporting 300+ employees. Selected to participate in high-profile launch of the new Cafe on the Las Vegas Strip; oversaw the high profile Grand Opening Party in Hollywood featuring Robin Thicke. Wrote weekly timeshare “Universal Orlando Newsletter” for distribution to 1,500+ local employees; outlined parks, the benefits of Universal tickets vs. Disney, games, and employee of the month. Designed ticket sales incentive programs, rules, and prize packages for timeshare ticket sellers.
