2019 – 2023 (BI Team Manager) o Lead and co-manage the whole Business Intelligence (BI) team in delivering various data analytics requirements of the company using Qlikview. o Manage another sub-unit that focuses on various in-house systems development using C#, .Net Core, Angular and SQL. o Work with BI team head in the management and performance evaluation of the team. o Work with other IT sub-teams and managers in the identification and evaluation of process improvement areas of the company’s supply chain. o Manage and maintain systems and databases including security, backup and maintenance, performance tuning, health checks and administration. Other Roles: o Act as team Database and Systems Administrator through management and maintenance of systems, databases and servers.

2010-2012: Systems Analyst (Supervisor) - Main task was to recreate system reports for Sales, Finance and Projects team to prepare for ERP migration using VBA and Visual Basic. I also developed team portals and systems with the use of Sharepoint (WSS 3.0) like Rockwell's Internal Portal, Sales' Prospects DB, financial charts and HR's Overtime Filing. 2012-2014: Application Development Lead (Asst. Manager) - Took on the lead and started my journey on People and Project Management. - As the lead, my main role was to identify automation opportunities, which led to the development of some of our legacy systems like HR 201 System, PowerPlant Mall's raffle system and HR's leave application via Sharepoint. I also was the Project Manager for all our in-house developed systems. - As a developer, aside from working solo on the projects mentioned above, I developed the company's HRIS starting with the Employee's Info and Timekeeping modules. 2014-2019: Application Development Manager - I further enhanced my People Management skills through various company-led Leadership and Management trainings and programs. - I led and managed Rockwell’s Systems Development team, both in-house and outsourced, in the delivery of efficient in-house developed systems. I also handled review, selection and implementation of third party developed systems. Spearheaded the creation of development policies and standards including web security and vulnerability assessments. Acting as the Web and Database administrator, I implemented a comprehensive DB maintenance and backup solution, and worked with our Server Admin to create a Highly Available and Load Balanced setup for our systems. Additionally, I was involved in multiple IT management and decision areas including budget, capacity, strategic and business planning. - Before leaving the developer path for good, I created two more modules for our HRIS - Leave and Overtime, and also launched a reimbursement and liquidation system for the company.

Handled multiple systems related to reports creation and generation using Visual Foxpro and Reporting services. During the latter part, I also handled the development and modifications of our main and affiliates' websites, including the management of our Web server which hosts all websites of CTSI's branches all over the world, and also their affiliates'.
