Main Project implementor of: Component Control, Reached by: -Creating a Supermarket: design of a component supplier area near to production floor to get a better control of the component suplied. -Exact deliveries of components to the manufacturing cells according to the size of the lot planned. scrap and bad material had to be returned to get the replacement. -Creating a Water Spider supplier system, where the components were avilable in a transportation car which was circulating among the cells, in order to reduce the time of supplying and production starts. applied for the Assembly and Automatic Painting Departments.

Working in the Blow molding area as support of the process engineer. Doing activities such as. Proyect 1 -Updating of Device Master Records of Blow Molded products. creating ECO's through agile by Oracle ( more than 600 changes in a period of 3 months. by comparing the current process against the activities reflefected on the documentation DMR's) Proyect 2 -In charge of the hour by hour project. -Data analyst of production (blow molding machines and manpower) performance. -Daily basis report of efficiency in production meetings (Gemba) -Daily basis report of high offenders of the day before. Working in order to be today better than yestarday, tumorrow better than today. -Overall Efficience Equipment (OEE) migration, from production reports, to hour by hour data. This helpped the area knowing the real performance of the machinary and give us the oportunity to focus on the real issues knowing the exactly cause and time of failure. Proyect 3 -Giving daily basis sustaining support to the Blow Molding area helping with activities such as: -Creating work instructions -Updating procedures. -Machine Cycles review. -etc. Extras. 4 PPI Kayzen events former, that helpped the company to reduce costs. and process improvement. 1.-Standar work for materialists . *Diploma obtained 2.-JIT implementation in the bulk products for ULMA machine. *Diploma obtained 3.-JSA corrective action implementation in Blow molding Area. *Diploma obtained 4.-Productivity improvement in the bag packaging area based on Lean concepts. *Diploma obtained.
