My responsibilities include: • Review business and software requirements, prepare and/or review test plans, and prepare test cases, test scripts and test data. • Set quality standards along with best practices for testing practices on the appropriate product teams. • Testing if the software developed for the Government entities meet requirements and train the users on the functionalities of that software. • Provide findings report and recommendations to assure that the requested software meets requirements.

I was working in the ICT department, in Infrastructure Division as an IT Security Engineer and was working on a project of deploying Public CCTV Camera in the city of Kigali. My role was to coordinate and ensure that the project is well implemented in a timely manner.

I was hired as a client service manager where my role was to follow up on what clients need from the agency, ensure that the artworks designed meet the clients’ requirements and are printed and delivered on time.

Worked as a customer service agent looking for customers and following on customer service delivery as well as customer satisfaction.

Worked as Operations Manager overseeing the company operations, administration and human resources activities to ensure all operations and functions are running smoothly, the store and staffs are well managed.

Completed the 10-month African Leadership University Public Sector Fellowship (Cohort 3) focused on leadership, product management, and systems innovation. The program strengthened my ability to lead people, projects, and transformation within government. I learned to apply product management principles , defining clear problems, testing assumptions, co-creating with users, prototyping, and iterating based on evidence to build solutions that truly serve citizens. Through the Leadership Lab, I developed strategic thinking, communication, and courage to influence change. I applied these skills by leading the Rwanda Laws Mobile App initiative, using AI to make laws accessible to all. The fellowship shifted my mindset from delivering projects to leading impactful and scalable products and teams with empathy, vision, and measurable impact.
