* Work directly with Vice President of the Company, who is also President of the Commercial Sales and Leasing Department * Manage the collections of all commercial tenants; current and past, which includes court appearances and evictions * Perform yearly reconciliation of CAM and Real Estate Taxes * Full understanding and preparation of leases; including office, industrial and retail leases * Ensure Vice President is informed of upcoming deadlines and any issues * Maintain an updated and accurate calendar as well as schedule appointments and office meetings as requested * Maintain an extensive filing system for all commercial tenants which includes correspondence, business matters and other related data * Prepare and type commercial leases and lease renewals for over 250 commercial tenants * Act as direct contact for all commercial tenants * Train, mentor and advise new employees on software systems and procedures * Screen incoming phone calls and mail at the executive level and respond promptly to incoming correspondence as appropriate
