About

I do my best work in environments where things aren’t fully built yet—or aren’t working the way they should. I’ve built a career stepping into ambiguous situations, identifying what’s broken, and putting structure, systems, and processes in place that allow a business to scale. Early on, I was handed a mandate to “computerize the company” with no prior experience. That project became the foundation for a broader role spanning IT, operations, and project management. Since then, I’ve consistently taken on initiatives outside my formal job scope—delivering measurable results in the areas that matter most. A few examples: - Led the development and documentation of operational processes for a new aviation product line, successfully guiding the company through an FAA approval process with no significant findings - Rebuilt a declining national accounts division by designing and launching a custom web-based ordering platform after a $90K external solution was rejected—resulting in 50%+ revenue growth within a year - In my current role, I’ve taken ownership of operations, systems, and reporting within an ERP environment (Odoo), building automated workflows, inventory planning tools, and data models that improve decision-making, reduce manual effort, and support growth What ties these together is a consistent approach: - Diagnose the real problem (not just the symptom) - Build practical, scalable solutions - Use data to guide decisions - Execute quickly without waiting for perfect conditions I’m a big-picture thinker who is equally comfortable getting into the details—whether that’s designing a process, building a system, or working directly with a team to implement change. I value strong relationships, clear communication, and developing people along the way. I tend to integrate quickly into organizations and naturally step into leadership when there’s a need. If there’s a gap, I’ll figure it out. If something’s broken, I’ll fix it. And if there’s a better way to do it, I’ll build it.
