Chris Rupert | Founder & Visionary Leader in Film & Creative Communities Fifteen years ago, I stepped into an industry often driven by competition and profit rather than people. I envisioned a different path—one defined by authenticity, collaboration, and meaningful connections. In 2013, my wife, Diesa, and I founded Nametag Films to redefine industry standards around integrity and creative freedom. We quickly mastered delivering impactful projects with limited budgets and tight deadlines. Seeking to nurture the creative community further, we relocated to Fort Worth’s Near Southside, transforming a historic recording studio into Salt FW, a vibrant shared workspace for local creatives featuring private offices, advanced editing suites, and a private-access coffee shop. Identifying another local need, we launched Shine Cine, a dedicated camera rental house located within Salt FW, offering filmmakers reliable access to premium gear and knowledgeable support. Our success is rooted in our core values: putting God first, family second, meaningful relationships third, then our work. We thrive on projects aligned with these values, embracing challenges others might avoid. I'm passionate about growing Fort Worth’s creative community and welcome connections who share this vision.
