I am a seasoned IT professional with over 4 years of experience as a people manager and lead developer and over 16 years as a software engineer. As a manager, I have extensive experience as a practitioner and proponent of Agile software development methodologies using such tools as Pivotal Tracker, Trello, and others. I'm a positive, enthusiastic leader who truly understands what goes into making great software and how to develop others to do the same. In my role as a software engineer, I have designed and developed many multi-tier solutions for a variety of platforms including internal applications, Content Management Systems, back-end services, external websites, and mobile applications.
