* While working with B2B Soft, I was the lead project manager on a Bill Payment Kiosk roll out for a regional cell phone carrier. I was involved on all aspects of this project, from business requirements gathering to implementation. The application was required to integrate both with B2B's retail platform, Wireless Standard, and the carrier's billing and account management system. My responsibilities included the following: * Business Requirements and Functional Requirements documentation * Wireframe application design * Project scheduling * Conducted weekly meetings with all stakeholders * Assisted in hardware selection and ordering, with the carrier * Provided on-site support during user acceptance testing * Engaged with software development team to resolve outstanding application issues * Orchestrated kiosk configuration during full roll-out in retail stores * Composed final product documentation

* At Micron Systems, I was the lead project manager for CE Manager, the market leading application for Legal Continuing Education and Compliance Tracking. As project manager, I was responsible for the following: * Planning roadmap for new application features and designs * Maintaining SDLC * Engaging directly with clients, managing special projects * Working with third party content vendors to integrate services into application * Defining specifications for new software features * Managing a dedicated offshore development team * General application and database server administration and maintenance * Deploying new application versions and updates * Assisting in new client implementations * Managing API for integration with client Human Resources and Learning Management Systems
