• Create bespoke Global HIIT concept using CSCS principles and elite athletic experience • Work with internal architect resources to design & build fitness and recovery facilities • Handle vendor sourcing, management, product development, procurement and timelines on multiple international properties • Aggregate and present property pricing workbooks for internal stakeholder budget approval • Onsite evaluation for new properties, renovations and programming Globally • Led Gym Pre Opening operations Globally • Implement standard operating procedures during pre-opening for handoff to full time onsite staff • Continued onsite management through weekly one on one and global property calls • Onsite personal training development to raise property PT service to improve bottom-line revenue • Research competitive market rates and recruit personal training and group fitness talent for international properties

• Spearhead Rumble’s At-Home Concept alongside TechnoGym and SB Projects • Organize and Lead Project Management to provide key deliverables regarding Product Development, Distribution and Logistics, User Interface & Experience, and Vendor Management • Led buildout of Rumble Lab, executing mock classes for At Home & 4 wall concepts • Perform categorical comparison of Peloton’s hardware, software, logistics, customer service and experience to market • Tested and product develop Rumble’s Group Fitness Bench, Boxing Bag, At Home Tread, Bike, Boxing, Rower and Bench • Collaboratively operate XPO distribution strategy alongside Technogym’s logistics team to drive favored pricing, execution, and last mile delivery
