Leads program management for Meta security operations including incident response, threat intelligence, and compliance operations. Supports 24x7 global investigations and response team and manages compliance to multiple regulatory obligations (privacy and security).

Leads global team responsible for scoping, prioritizing, and executing Nike's security roadmap. Responsible for ensuring cross-domain alignment to security priorities, investment, and capacity needs. Partners with technology and compliance leaders to develop long-term security strategy and financial model. Oversees the management of E2E security portfolio with an overall goal of risk reduction for Nike's internal and customer facing technologies and products.

Provides leadership and support for Charter's engineering and product teams by understanding the impacts of emerging technologies and regulatory policy. Influence and shape public policy position. Support and help define technology strategy. Lead programs and initiatives that assess the intersection of Charter products with regulatory exposure. Participate in external technology policy and strategy setting forums led by regulators and industry groups. Primary areas of focus are cybersecurity, mobile carrier landscape (5G, spectrum strategy, go-to-market, etc), fraud, privacy, and critical infrastructure

Owner and lead for company-wide data security strategy and roadmap. Led security program and governance teams, which helped to set and drive strategy, provide program and product management across key security domains and M&A activities, and mature enterprise security governance capabilities and processes. Oversaw NIST maturity assessment and reporting activities, as well as end-to-end information security policy management. Responsible for managing the enterprise security portfolio and budget.

Work with T-Mobile Security leadership, delivery teams, and enterprise partners to help define the security strategy and best practices, measure performance, and build new capabilities.

Member of both the Emerging Technologies Risk Services team and the Customer Advisory team. Worked directly with clients primarily in the IT and telco space (cloud, security, consumer products). My duties included project/program and product management, management and strategy consulting, and business development in the cybersecurity and customer strategy domains

Managed new project development, private and federal market planning, go-to-market strategy, and military/DoD outreach. Responsibilities included account and channel management, federal government relations, marketing, and capture management.

Led business and corporate functions. Managed financial models, maintained critical IP, developed company budgets and forecasts, and coordinated with the CEO on investor relations and corporate planning. Managed strategic, academic, and political relationships. Served as the secretary to the Board.

Served as a Combat Engineer for the MD Army National Guard from 2002-08, including Iraq deployment in 2007-08 in support of OIF. Served on recruiting assignment from 2004-06. Duties included career planning, business development, marketing/branding, and team management. During tenure, the recruiting team was nationally recognized as one of Maryland's top performing recruiting offices.
