-Directed all aspects of the Facilities Department including 35 in-house staff members and multiple contractors for a world renowned resort spa at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, NV -Developed and initiated a comprehensive maintenance plan, capital & expense budgets, construction project management, and provided meaningful insight to corporate leadership

-Effectively managed 150 facilities of various sizes totaling nearly 300,000 square feet for a national banking firm in four western States -Forecasted and controlled capital and expense project expenditures to maximize cost effectiveness -Ensured optimum building operations through ongoing inspections, technical analysis, constructive feedback, and quality vendor relations -Opened more than 70 new bank branches in the new markets of NV, AZ, and CO.
