By completely renovating and refurbishing a substantial Victorian townhome we developed the first 5 star lodge product in St Andrews. The Golfing Lodge offered upscale vacation rental accommodation to visiting golfing groups of up to 12 people. My role was to plan and oversee the guest experience from reservations, golf concierge (including pre-trip planning and tee reservations) through to hosting and trouble-shooting for guests when in residence.
