Working on behalf of clients within companies such as British Airways, Next, Rolls Royce and the RBS Grp to exercise there corporate share incentive schemes. From completing the nessesary finance to fund the option to the eventual payaway of funds or stock to the individual and company. We will agree limit prices for indiduals to ensure that the option is dealt at there specific target price. Also providing a one off dealing service for those clients based abroad.

* Administration of corporate stock ISAs. * Receive and set up corporate stocks and shares ISAs for the 10 blue chip companies who have an agreement with HSBC Trust Company (HSBC, BP Plc, Cable & Wireless, Excel, Compass Group, Granada, Inchcape, BAE Systems, Marconi, and Scottish Power). * Answered any queries clients have regarding their financial portfolio such as balance of account, management fees, account status, share prices and when to sell. * Liaise with internal stockbroker area regarding purchasing and selling of shares to be placed into ISAs. * Ensure all paperwork is accurate and sent to destinations by strict daily deadlines.

The Private Banking sector within Natwest provides an excellent level of service to its high net worth clients. The role is to discuss both investment portfolios and the client’s main banking needs. Work closely with two field based banking managers providing support which aids them in the sale of investment products to over 500 clients and ensuring that the whole sales process is compliant. Research and investigation of queries ranging from simple sale of specific stock queries to more complex and involving explanation’s of portfolio structure and growth strategy. Being proactive in identifying sales opportunities for my managers with an emphasis on growing the business.
