- Assist project manager to oversee and managed project execution of Project Sales Department by leading project engineers, manage and co-ordinate the execution of Engineering Work to achieve departmental and business objectives. - To assist & manage Engineering Sections’ project execution against targeted objectives, including review of progress against targeted schedule, expenses against budget, conduct analysis and develop countermeasure where applicable. - To assist and achieve operational objectives, project deliveries, and departmental SOP by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. This includes project hands-on execution which may be required from time to time. - To assist in managing, motivates and trains staff by providing feedback, on the job training (OJT), conducting internal / in-house training, counseling, coaching as and when required. To assist in resolving conflicts, promoting a healthy working environment, motivating staff towards, giving justified compliments and/or comments to accomplish company objectives.

- Worked closely with project managers and engineers to ensure project needs were fulfilled and budgets were honored. - To pro-actively anticipate problem and/or risk and mitigate or resolve the potential problem before it escalates. To escalate problems that which is out of scope and work together to resolve issues. - Participating in project management, including planning project schedule, organizing work resource, and managing clients.

To organize and carry out engineering execution and project implementation, including project site survey, engineering drawing drafting, Control System configuration and consultation, programming works, factory acceptance test, project documentation, site commissioning, user training and all associated works.
