Lead and develop a team of high performing process engineers who deliver PE work packages for medium to large transformational initiatives for CIBC back office operations. Engage and manage relationships with cross functional project stakeholders to influence project strategy and actively manage PE project deliverables. Our team is currently working with partners in operations and technology to deploy a large multi-year, multimillion dollar digitization project. The objective is to transform operations by converting paper to digital images supported by metadata to allow for efficient processing.

Lead and collaborate with various internal teams to develop new and innovative Commercial Programs at Sobeys. Work with Senior Director Merchandising to create merchandising vision and standards for Meat and Seafood.

Responsible for the creation and optimisation of Engineered Labour Standards for the FreshCo discount banner.

Worked with various Business and Information Systems teams to deliver strategic projects for the CEOs of the Bay and Zellers. Lead 3 major projects, and supported other smaller concurrent initiatives to meet cost reduction targets.

Responsible for supporting and managing top strategic initiatives which require IT support.

Built a solid record of achievement, with a focus on systems and process improvement Optimised the relationship between people, process, and technology to minimize pain points and process gaps.

Managed the rollout of the Purchase Order/Purchase Order Change Module of Canadian Tire’s offshore sourcing software. This rollout included the testing of software, working with software development PM to resolve inconsistencies and errors, and creating education and training materials. Also created new processes and software scripts to meet evolving business needs, and drive process improvements.

Worked as a Senior Analyst on the Supply Chain Improvement team. Provided logistics consulting services to various supply chain and marketing teams. Responsible for overseeing two co-op students. Ranked as “Exceeds Expectations” twice during year end evaluation.
