Delivering cutting-edge technological services at global venues on the elite tennis tour, I strive for excellent operational delivery by enhancing processes, whilst developing and expanding system delivery opportunities. Listening and engaging with the clients' needs and requirements is essential to a successful delivery, and getting the most out of each team member is crucial to allow this to happen.

Starting as a system operator, I learned the role from the beginning, allowing for an in depth knowledge of technical systems and development of my leadership skills. Financial and planning skills were vastly improved here, allowing for progression into the senior leadership role. Learning from the best under high pressure situations meant a steep learning curve, but one that cemented a solid base of knowledge and expertise to expand upon.

A supervisor role in which I developed my leadership, planning and ability to work under pressure. Managing the team to get the most out of them day to day was crucial, while implementing new processes such as daily checklists and thorough financial reporting / planning schemes helped to improve revenue and drastically increase customer satisfaction.
