Worked for over 5 years in a senior production management role & during this time trained in Japan on fast track global projects for senior manager development program. Involved all aspects of Toyota Production Systems. Developed competence in lean tools relating to; waste removal, visual control, root cause analysis, KPI control, JIT, kanban, standardisation. Results driven by team engagement and involvement. Following Toyota city Japan training had a lead role in product champion team for the installation of new production lines, new product industrialization, combining plant commissioning, recruitment and training to full production output levels in all aspects of efficiency and quality.
